I got it from =Freesong, and it's free to use, so yay! XD


New Section:
I updated the journals to reflect the fact that we have attendance deviations and sign-up sheets. <3

If you're looking for someone, you can use the club to find them!~
I'm thinking about making a deviation for 'finding people'.
But until then, it'll just be a section the journal. Check it out~ Someone could be looking for you~!

Meetup
Looks like 10:30 AM, Saturday, is winning. Be sure to vote in the poll!
If that's the time that wins, I'm sorry for all you guys who miss it! D:


Okay, so I'll leave the time poll up for a while longer~ Ano...another week.
Now I need a list of all the places we could meetup.
Please keep in mind we will probably have an Iron Artist Competition. (Artist vs. Artist and a book of the drawings to post online!) If it is windy, we may have to move~!
So far the list reads as:

--Fountain across from Waverly pickup.
--Lobby area: Not the food lobby, the lobby with the clock and elevators, the lobby of the Waverly.
--The crosswalk from the Galleria to the Sheraton. (It is accessible on Saturday morning)
--<s> Houston, Texas </s>
--Your idea here~!


Places that have been ruled out!:
--A Hotel room: Sorry, but that's just going to creep out some people/people's parents.
--A restaurant nearby, like wafflehouse: To be honest, when I went in just a kitty outfit when I was 14, they kinda freaked out. Also, traveling is an issue, especially for people with costumes, because it's frickin hot in Georgia. (Local resisdent. )
--Top of parking deck: Security around there is tight, and I really doubt they would want that.



Just as a head's up, once we get the place and time settled, it'd be nice if some people could help to spread the word that there is the meetup. If you have a table, just print out an image (I think I'll make one) or type it up in word that the meetup will be at *time* and *place.* : D If you could also add the url for the club to that, it'd be great.
Also, if anyone would like to print out some slips with the club's url on it, that' be pretty cool, too. <3 We'd all love you extra. Yes...that's right...hugs! XD

Artist Alley/AAM Registration

The registration is now closed, confirmation letters will be sent out sometime in the next few weeks. I will update again when Ronin announces he has sent them out.

Hello and welcome to the DA club dedicated to Anime Weekend Atlanta!

>> In case you didn't already know...AWA (Anime Weekend Atlanta) is an annual anime convention in Atlanta.


This club was made as a way for artists(okay, anyone...) going to AWA to meet up, as well as to identify and broadcast themselves. However, it is not directly affiliated with AWA.

Also, if you're checking the AWA website daily to see if the AA is up...quit that! Just watch this club's journals and you'll easily see when it's up. ;] I always post a journal about it. :3
